CO2 welder — Dass

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Dass, Bauchi State. What we are looking for: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety The role involves grind back and re-weld any defective runs; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
