Plastering hand — Marshall County

Join our team: we are hiring a plastering hand in Marshall County, Alabama. The job is at a plastering and dry lining contractor. Day to day you will mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work. You should have: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
