Great opportunity: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Liberty County, Florida. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Day-to-day duties: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case We offer $10,000 per project plus benefits.
