We are recruiting: we are hiring a groundworker in Perry County, Pennsylvania. Ideal candidate: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites The role involves: • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
