Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Phillips County, Kansas. You will work at a powder coating unit. The role involves check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
