Pipe lagger — Laurens County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Laurens County, South Carolina. You will work on flat roofs and terraces. Day to day you will torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application. Requirements: • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Working-at-height certificate an advantage $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
