Paint booth operator — Wilson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Wilson County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape 1+ years on the tools preferred.
