Head butcher — Park County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head butcher in Park County, Colorado. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day The role involves debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
