Gas service engineer • Hardin County, Ohio

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Hardin County, Ohio. You will work on residential and apartment building sites. Your main tasks: • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points You should have: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
