Core maker — Jema'A

Now hiring: we are hiring a core maker in Jema'A, Kaduna State. You will work at an aluminium die-casting plant. On the job you will handle: • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces You should have: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer ₦270,000 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
