Vacancy available: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Elliott County, Kentucky. The job is in a meat processing plant. The role involves dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Rotating shifts.
