Dozer operator — Brown County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dozer operator in Brown County, Indiana. The job is at an open-cast mine. You should have: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections Day-to-day duties: • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction 6+ years on the tools preferred.
