Scullery hand — Mushin

Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Mushin, Lagos State. You will be based in a catering unit. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
