Immediate opening: assembly line worker (Georgia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an assembly line worker in Atkinson County, Georgia. You will work in an electronics assembly unit. What we are looking for: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Careful handling of tools and components On the job you will handle: • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
