CNC machine operator — Jefferson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC machine operator in Jefferson County, New York. You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Good attention to detail and steady hands The role involves: • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line 6+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $7,000 per project plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
