Short order cook — Oyo West

Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Oyo West, Oyo State. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure You will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations.
