Stitching operator — Isanti County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a stitching operator in Isanti County, Minnesota. Requirements: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance On the job you will handle: • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
