Ideal candidate: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Punctual with reliable attendance The role involves: • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
