Join our team: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Fauquier County, Virginia. The job is in a busy paint shop. The role involves sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
