Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of tools and components • Punctual with reliable attendance • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage The role involves: • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
