The role involves: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
