Immediate opening: formwork erector (Michigan)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a formwork erector in Cass County, Michigan. The job is on a bridge and flyover project. Day to day you will fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking Rotating shifts.
