Kitchen steward — Raleigh County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Raleigh County, West Virginia. The role involves: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Rotating shifts.
