Panel welder wanted in Oru East

Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel welder in Oru East, Imo State. You will be based at an automobile body shop. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Day-to-day duties: • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
