Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Winnebago County, Illinois. The job is at a busy bakery. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On the job you will handle: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Part-time with flexible hours.
