Bakery assistant — North Yorkshire

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in North Yorkshire, England. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; score the top of loaves before baking.
