Panel welder — Montgomery County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a panel welder in Montgomery County, Ohio. The role involves check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
