Civil works labourer — Sherman County

Ideal candidate: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio Your main tasks: • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
