Coating plant operator wanted in Cecil County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Cecil County, Maryland. You will be based on an industrial coating line. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects On the job you will handle: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $7,500 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
