Bakery assistant — Cheyenne County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Cheyenne County, Colorado. Day to day you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
