Foundry worker — Orhionmwon

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a foundry worker in Orhionmwon, Edo. What we are looking for: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Basic grinding and fettling skills The role involves operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around ₦135,000 per month, based on your experience.
