Picker-packer — Buckingham County

Join our team: we are hiring a picker-packer in Buckingham County, Virginia. You will be based in the goods-in bay. Ideal candidate: • Basic English for reading labels and instructions • Good numeracy for stock counts and order checking • Strong attention to detail to avoid mis-picks On the job you will handle: • Report damaged or short-dated goods to the supervisor • Scan barcodes to update stock levels on the WMS • Wrap pallets with stretch film and apply shipping labels • Assemble customer orders for dispatch and stage them at the loading bay • Check incoming deliveries against delivery notes and purchase orders • Operate a counterbalance or reach forklift to move pallets Six days a week, one day off. We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
