Beldar — Currituck County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a beldar in Currituck County, North Carolina. The job is with a civil contractor. What we are looking for: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day The role involves: • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
