In-process quality controller • Merrick County, Nebraska

Great opportunity: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Merrick County, Nebraska. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. On a typical shift you will verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches. You should have: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
