Groundworker — Cheshire County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a groundworker in Cheshire County, New Hampshire. You will be based with a civil contractor. The role involves: • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up You should have: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Physically fit and comfortable working at height Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
