Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Callaway County, Missouri. The role involves: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Score the top of loaves before baking You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 6+ years on the tools preferred.
