Formwork erector wanted in Saint Joseph County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork erector in Saint Joseph County, Indiana. You will be based on a metro and tunnel project. Requirements: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules The role involves: • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
