Vertical transportation technician — Edwards County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Edwards County, Kansas. You will work in a residential tower block. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate The role involves adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes.
