System formwork carpenter — Auyo

Vacancy available: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Auyo, Jigawa State. You will work on a busy high-rise construction site. What we are looking for: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing The role involves: • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line Full-time, day shift.
