Oven operator — Saint Landry Parish

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Saint Landry Parish, Louisiana. The job is at a busy bakery. On the job you will handle: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
