Garment presser — McCurtain County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a garment presser in McCurtain County, Oklahoma. The job is in a garment export house. Day to day you will press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board. You should have: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $150 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
