Wood machinist — Rabun County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a wood machinist in Rabun County, Georgia. On a typical shift you will glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw. You should have: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
