Scaffolding charge hand wanted in Codington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Codington County, South Dakota. The role involves lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class. Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
