System formwork carpenter • Potter County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Potter County, Texas. You will be based on a metro and tunnel project. Day to day you will strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb. You should have: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking 5+ years on the tools preferred.
