You should have: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Current Driver CPC qualification card Your main tasks: • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
