Elevator repair technician — Morris County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Morris County, New Jersey. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces Day-to-day duties: • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox Part-time with flexible hours.
