Immediate opening: we are hiring a production line operator in Pinal County, Arizona. Day-to-day duties: • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line Requirements: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills Full-time with occasional weekends. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
