You will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; score the top of loaves before baking; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate Rotating shifts. We offer $31 per hour plus benefits.
