Production machine operator — West Dunbartonshire

Vacancy available: we are hiring a production machine operator in West Dunbartonshire, Scotland. What we are looking for: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor Your main tasks: • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
