Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On the job you will handle: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
